Lara Calder

Lara Calder joined CalderFlower in 2010 as the Managing Director. With a focus on innovative and sustainable architecture, Lara champions her team to challenge the conventions of aged care, seniors living, and community design.

Passionate about delivering and influencing the future care and accommodation of the elderly, Lara designs refreshingly alternative buildings with a strong consideration for the environment and the unique space of each project. Lara participates in research and sits on various committees relating to aged care and seniors housing design. Her research and ideas have been presented at conferences locally and around the world.
